3-4 stycken kycklingfileér
2 paket bacon
2 st vitlöksklyftor
1 broccoli
1 liten eller 1/2 blomkål
1-2 tsk sambal oelek
2 msk tomatpuré
5 dl Creme fraische
1 dl grädde
salt/peppar
100 gram riven ost
 
Gör såhär:
 
Skär kycklingen i bitar och stek med salt/pappar och vitlök. Stek bacon knaprigt. Lägg kyckling och bacon i en ugnsfast form
 
 
Skär blomkål och broccoli och lägg över.
 
 
Såsen. Tag fram en kastrull och lägg i Creme fraische, grädde, tomatpuré, sambal, kycklingfond, salt/peppar. Låt koka upp och smaka av. Häll såsen i ugnsformen.
 
 
 
In i ugnen på ca 200 grader i 30 minuter. Jag har folie över för att inte bränna grönsakerna. Tag av folie efter 30 minuter och toppa med riven ost - in i ugnen tills osten smält och fått lite färg.
